First of all you need to understand the budget before saying anything about the best one. In India most of the branded and unbranded kitchen manufacturing company uses commercial ply which is also known as MR (Moisture Resistant) grade ply. But now some companies are providing carcass and shutters in BWR (Boiling Water Resistant) grade ply which is almost two times costlier than normal MR grade ply. Now some German and Italian Kitchen manufacturing companies are providing carcass and shutter in Russian Birch Ply and it is costlier than above mentioned two plies. Now some firms are importing Russian Birch ply. So all depends on your budeget.
